Author registration information
S&T and Poster authors: One Full participation registration can register up to two papers (students registration one paper only) as long as that person is a co-author on each of the papers.
Workshop authors: One Workshops & Tutorials registration can register up to one Workshop paper and enables attendance for only 22-23 September.
- S&T Papers must have at least one Full participation registered author (this can be a student) no later than July 10, 2016.
- Posters papers must have at least one Full or Main Conf. participation registered author (this can be a student) no later than July 29, 2016.
- Workshop papers must have at least one Workshops & Tutorials registered author (if attending workshop days only, this can be a student registration), OR have a Full participation registered author (this can be a student) no later than August 10, 2016.
- Demo presenters must have at least one registered author (Full or Main Conference) no later than September 10, 2016.

* Student and Life Member Registrations require a proof of status or, for students, a student ID confirming that the registered person is a full-time student at the time of the conference. The proof of status (PDF, JPG formats) MUST be uploaded when you register in the Online Registration.

Conference Receptions on Sept. 19th and 22nd (5-days reg. only), Conference Banquet on Tuesday, Sept. 20th (3-/5-days registration only), and USB proceedings.
If you register for a Single Day or Workshops & Tutorials, please purchase additional evening-event tickets of the day at the Online Registration if necessary when at the moment of registration.

- Your registration confirmation number for the conference.
By submitting your registration you agree that organizers reserve the right to cancel and refund any registration (minus any exchange and card processing fees not imposed by us).
Cancellation Policy
The registration fee will not be refunded to the authors if it is required to cover the publications expenses of accepted papers. Any cancellations or fee alterations after registration will incur $1,000 MXN administrative charges. No refunds will be made for cancellations after August 15, 2016. No refunds will be given for non-attendance. Note that "No Show" authors will have their paper removed from the Proceedings and would not get a refund.
